Delight in the diverse options and savour an experience with the enticing dishes showcased on our 80-foot buffet station, including Korean Beef Sushi, Baked Abalone with Sea Urchin and Caviar, Baked Oysters with Sea Urchin and Caviar, Braised Ox Tails & Fish Maw, Baked Lobster with Cheese, Isoyaki Abalone, Baked Sea Urchin, Caviar and Crab meat Vol-Au-Vent, Angel Hair with Sea Urchin Sauce, Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Red Date and Ginseng and Roasted Peking Duck, and more.

Treat your palate to an irresistible feast at our chilled seafood section where you will find freshly shucked Oysters from Australia and America, succulent Boston Lobsters, juicy Crab Legs, 7-inch Argentina Prawns, Yellowfin Tuna Sashimi, Scallop Sashimi to satisfy all surf and turf aficionados. A whole yellowfin tuna sashimi cutting show will be performed during the dinner buffet every Friday to Sunday to whet your appetite. A giant Baked Alaska with Mövenpick Ice Cream every Saturday to Sunday, and on Public Holidays at 8:00 pm, and Crepes Suzette show will be performed every Monday to Friday at 8:00 pm.
